1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges for all products, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • Customers must share clear images of the product with our team via the provided contact number.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order receipt, is also required.

3. Return Process:

  • The customer must send the product back to our warehouse.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund (product value) will be processed within 2-3 days.

4. Exchange Process:

  • The customer informs our team, and a replacement rider delivers the new product while collecting the previous one from the provided address.
  • Delivery charges of Rs. 250 apply for exchanges.

5. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed after receiving the returned product.
  • The refund is transferred to the customer's JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account within 2-3 days.

6. Important Notes:

  • Customers can exchange products for a different product or size if available.
  • Lemis reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the items do not meet the outlined criteria.
