How do I connect the earbuds to my device?
Remove both earbuds from the charging case and enable Bluetooth on your phone, tablet or laptop. Select the earbuds from the list of available Bluetooth devices. After the first connection, they will automatically reconnect to the previously paired device.
Are these earbuds compatible with Android and iPhone?
Yes. The earbuds are compatible with Android smartphones, iPhones, tablets, laptops and other devices that support Bluetooth audio connectivity.
How long does the battery last?
Battery timing depends on volume level, calling time and enabled features. The earbuds provide several hours of listening on a single charge, while the charging case provides additional recharges throughout the day.
How do I charge the earbuds?
Place both earbuds inside the charging case and ensure they are positioned correctly on the charging contacts. Connect the case to a compatible USB Type-C charging cable to recharge the case.
Can I use one earbud at a time?
Yes. You can use either the left or right earbud independently for calls, music and other audio. Keep the unused earbud inside the charging case to preserve its battery.
Are the earbuds suitable for calls?
Yes. The built-in microphones are designed for clear everyday calling. Call quality may vary depending on your environment, network connection and surrounding noise levels.
Are the earbuds water resistant?
The earbuds are suitable for normal workouts and everyday use when protected from excessive moisture. Avoid wearing them while swimming, showering or exposing them to heavy rain unless your exact product model has an approved waterproof rating.
What should I do if the earbuds are not connecting?
Place both earbuds inside the case, remove the existing Bluetooth pairing from your device and turn Bluetooth off and back on. Remove the earbuds from the case and pair them again as a new Bluetooth device.
